Delta financial firm
Christian Boucher founds Delta Cabinet Financier, a financial planning firm. Since its inception, the firm has developed a technical expertise to serve the complex growth and wealth protection needs of entrepreneurs in the Montreal and Quebec City regions.

The good reputation of Les Assurances Claude Ferron dates back to the early seventies. Claude Ferron wants his clients to be taken care of, in the long term, by a team that is undeniably competent and attentive. His choice was Christian Boucher and his team who acquired the firm in January 2012.

Inextenso and
Delta financial firm
Inextenso specializes in developing advanced financial and tax optimization techniques for entrepreneurs and physicians. Delta merges with Inextenso in 2013 to bring this expertise to all its clients. The name Inextenso is retained.

Gestion Suzanne et Claude Ouellet
Suzanne and Claude Ouellet serve a clientele of entrepreneurs. They decided to join Inextenso to ensure a smooth transition for their clients in preparation for their retirement from the workforce.

Archer portfolio management
Archer Portfolio Management was founded in 2017 by Richard Morin and Simon Houle. Their idea is to offer efficient portfolio management services combined with financial advice. Inextenso takes a majority stake in 2018 to allow its clients to leave mutual funds and benefit from more sophisticated services.

Archer Insurance Foundation
Archer Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inextenso, was founded to offer Quebec financial security advisors the national platform of Barrington Wealth PartnersArcher Insurance is a shareholder in Inextenso. Inextenso advisors (and other Quebec firms) now benefit from this unique platform in Canada.

Patrick Beaumont, a respected and experienced advisor in the Quebec City area, is combining his practice with that of Inextenso to better serve his clients and participate in the growth and management of the group as a whole.

HB Insurance
Archer acquires this firm that is very involved with physicians in Quebec and New Brunswick. Anthony Bollini-Nadeau and Cédrik Martineau join Archer as partners.

Archer Wealth Management becomes Archer Portfolio Management in order to assert its mandate as portfolio manager for Archer clients but also for clients of other financial advisors.
Inextenso changes its name to Archer Private Management to emphasize its role as a multidisciplinary advisor to the group's clients.

iFinancial President Robert Kowalski is recognized in the Toronto area as an expert in retirement fund disbursement and estate planning. Archer acquired the firm in October 2021. Robert and his team are now working to bring Archer to the Greater Toronto Area.
