Job responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of consultants, helping them to develop sales by organizing and prioritizing their activities.

For example, you will have to :

  • Manage customer relationship management software
  • Manage advisor messaging
  • Manage advisor agendas
  • Organize and prepare customer meetings
  • Communicate with customers on various requests
  • Complete certain forms related to advisor sales
  • Ensure the smooth running of sales by carrying out various follow-ups with suppliers

Profile required

  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Good communication
  • Ability to learn from and adhere to systems

Job requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in financial services an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)
