Mission statement
The Financial Planning Analyst plays a strategic role within the team, providing analytical and operational support to advisors. This position is a springboard to a career in wealth management.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare financial analyses, projections and presentation tools to optimize customer meetings.
- Assist advisors in implementing financial strategies and ensure rigorous follow-up of recommendations.
- Actively contribute to business development, notably through events, prospecting and special projects.
- Follow a training program to develop the technical and interpersonal skills essential to wealth management.
Profile required
- University degree in finance, financial planning or accounting.
- Experience in the wealth management industry.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to propose appropriate financial solutions.
- Sense of initiative and professional rigor.
- Strong interest in developing customer relations and sales.
- CPA, Pl. Fin., CIM or CFA designation (asset).
